How to Retrieve Your Ticket:

IMMEDIATELY upon placing your order you will be directed to an order confirmation page with a LINK TO DOWNLOAD your ticket. This means you do NOT have to rely on or wait for an order confirmation email. Download the ticket immediately. Print and/or save it. NOTE: If you use cox.net, rr.com for email, please try to download the ticket from this order confirmation page.

If you forget to download the ticket on the order confirmation page, that’s ok. You will also receive an email delivering your digital goods. That email will contain a link to download your concert ticket. The email itself will also contain your concert ticket link.

If you do not download the ticket from the confirmation page, and you misplace your digital goods fulfillment email with the ticket, contact us.
