Is your order PENDING? - As noted in the FAQs below, all orders will remain pending till after the festival. This is nothing to be concerned about.
Lost Password or “account” difficulty? READ THIS BEFORE CONTACTING US - Check the FAQs. You do not need a password for this website. The accounts are optional, not required. If you contact us about a lost or forgotten password or problem with your account, we WILL delete your account and all of its history. We won’t ask for your permission first. The “account” feature on this website is 100% self-serve. If you want to keep your account and it’s history but have forgotten your password, either reset it or sign out and continue check out as a guest. The instructions are in the FAQs. We do not know your password and cannot reset it for you.
