You will be required to acknowledge that you understand the important disclosures before completing registration.
Essential things to keep in mind while registering:
Type your email address correctly. This is extremely important. If you type it wrong, you won’t get an order confirmation, and your workshop invitations will never get to you.
Make sure you are signing up for the correct workshops and that the quantity of each workshop is 1. As shown in the tutorial, not only is it possible, it is quite easy to accidentally add more than one of the same item to your cart. Workshops are non-refundable, so please double-check!
You can place as many orders as you’d like. Remember, the more orders you place, the more likely you are to lose track of what you ordered.
Read the important disclosures. All orders are final and non-refundable. Watch the video to learn how to adjust quantities and check your shopping cart so you don’t make expensive mistakes.
Checkout Troubleshooting:
You do not need a password to register. Anyone can check out as a guest.
If you don’t have an account, can’t remember, or lost your password, continue check out as a guest.
If you are logged into an account but the system is not accepting your payment method, log out and/or check out as a guest.
When in doubt, check out as a guest. The “accounts” feature works great for a lot of people, but if you’re not one of them, check out as a guest. On registration opening day, we will not have the bandwidth to field questions about lost passwords. So if you run into trouble, save yourself the frustration, log out and/or check out as a guest.
