“The Caves of Cong”, a lovely “ancient” tune of Ireland is from Edward Bunting’s collection which he preserved as scribe to the 1792 meeting of harpists in Belfast. Being handed down from harpist to harpist, these songs were in danger of being lost. Join me as we revive “The Caves of Cong” and be a part of saving the Ancient Music of Ireland!
