Below photos show how a womens 3XL shirt compares to two different sizes of unisex shirts.
Compared to the unisex 2XL (magenta), the 3XL women’s shirt is much narrower in the shoulders. The sleeves are shorter. The neckhole is much larger. The torso is smaller. The hips are slightly larger.
Compared to a Unisex XL (dark brown), the shoulders are narrower, neck hole is much larger, sleeves are shorter, torso is comparable but more tailored, and hips are a bit wider.
