This well-known theme, made famous as the opening music for the PBS program Masterpiece Theatre and still a favorite at weddings, is the first movement from Suite de Symphonies by Jean-Joseph Mouret. Henry Mancini even recorded it as a pop tune in the 1970s! This arrangement is for two standard dulcimers, baritone (tuned ADa), and bass. Participants will receive a conductor’s score, individual parts, and an audio recording. Video available for those who can’t attend.
