The late, beloved songwriter Bill Staines, author of “River,” wrote many songs that dulcimer groups love to play. We’ll learn three of his songs about love and life, including the classic “Roseville Fair” and newer ones “Once We Walked” and “Fly Away Far.” We’ll try them instrumentally and with singing and explore how to play their backup chords.
