Playing with only two hammers is a true challenge when it comes to fast tunes. We often end up playing the melody line only, and relying on other musicians for back-up. In this workshop, I’ll share tips to become a self-sufficient fast tunes player, by choosing efficient accompaniment notes, and including them alongside the melody with clever hands patterns. We’ll use Irish dance classics for practice. 15/14 or larger needed.
